Growing an apple tree from seed can be very rewarding.  There are many different varieties to choose from.  The tiny tree should be grown in greenhouses until it is big enough to be planted outside which will harden it up.

Do not plant trees too close to greenhouses as they may become too large and block out the light.  The tree will take years to mature and produce any fruit.

You will find as the years go by there will be more and more fruit produced.  Depending on which variety you have chosen the apples will be able to be eaten straight from the tree or they may be best used as cooking apples.
